Who we are
Built in Malaysia.
Running worldwide.
We are a team based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. We build and operate solutions across two areas: AI infrastructure and AI powered commerce.
The name
Nothing here is invented. It is combined.
Why Alchemist.
Alchemist represents the combination of the right elements to create greater value. Our approach is simple. We bring together AI models, technology, platforms, and business operations to create solutions that are practical, scalable, and built for real market use.
How we started
Built from real business needs.
We started by solving challenges within our own operations. AI Model Hub was built to solve a problem we experienced ourselves: managing multiple AI providers, API keys, platforms, and billing systems. What started as an internal solution is now available to businesses facing the same challenge.
How we work
The office is in Petaling Jaya. The sign on the front is ours.
We run what we sell.
AI Model Hub is developed and operated in-house, bringing multiple AI providers together through a single platform and access point. Our AI Live Streaming solutions are delivered by our team across Malaysia and regional markets, supporting the platforms and languages relevant to each market. Built in-house. Operated in the market. Continuously improved.
Training
We would rather you could do this yourselves.
We run a three-level certification programme with Universiti Malaya Wales, from fundamentals through to training other people. Finish it and the certificate is issued by the university, not by us. Plenty of our clients start by hiring us and end up running their own studio. That is a good outcome, not a lost one.
We are in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. If you are nearby and would rather talk in person than over WhatsApp, say so and we will find a time.
Technology built for real business.
Tell us what you sell. We'll show you what to automate first.
