We are a small team in Petaling Jaya that got tired of watching good products sell badly. So we built the platform we needed, then used it to run the service we wanted to buy.
The name
Nothing here is invented. It is combined.
Why Alchemist.
Alchemy has a reputation for failure, which is unfair. The alchemists were not fools chasing gold. They were the first people to take combination seriously: to believe that the right elements, in the right order, under the right conditions, make something worth more than the sum of the parts. That is exactly what this work is.
How we started
We built the tools before we sold them.
The live streaming business came first. Running it meant calling models from six different providers, juggling six sets of keys and six invoices, and losing track of what anything cost. AI Model Hub started as our internal fix for that. It turned out other people had the same problem.
How we work
The office is in Petaling Jaya. The sign on the front is ours.
We run what we sell.
The Hub is our own platform, not something we resell with a markup. The live streaming work is delivered by our own team, on the platforms our market actually uses, in the languages our buyers actually speak. When we tell you something works, it is because we are using it.
Training
We would rather you could do this yourselves.
We run a three-level certification programme with Universiti Malaya Wales, from fundamentals through to training other people. Finish it and the certificate is issued by the university, not by us. Plenty of our clients start by hiring us and end up running their own studio. That is a good outcome, not a lost one.
