The service
Sell while
you sleep.
We build an AI host that presents your products, handles the repeat questions, and broadcasts to every platform at once. It does not get tired, it does not take holidays, and it does not stop at midnight.
The maths
The performance was never the constraint. The performer was.
A human host caps out at one platform and eight hours.
Live commerce works. That is settled. The problem is that it is bound to a person: one platform at a time, one shift a day, and a hard ceiling on how often you can run it before your host burns out. Most sellers end up streaming a few hours a week and wondering why the numbers never compound.
What changes
Around the clock, on every platform, in every language.
An AI host runs continuously. It presents in Malay, English or Chinese, adapts the script as the numbers move, and appears on TikTok, Shopee, Facebook and the rest simultaneously rather than in rotation. Our clients see roughly 35 percent higher conversion against their previous human-hosted streams.
The voice
Trained once. Available at 3am, without anyone being awake.
Record the voice once. Type everything after that.
The voice is the part of a host people actually recognise. We clone it from a short recording of your founder, or of a host your audience already follows, then drive it with text. You write the script, or it is written from your product data, and it comes back spoken in that voice, in Malay, English or Chinese. A new promotion at midnight is a text change, not a studio booking.

The comments
A question left for later is a sale left for someone else.
The same five questions, every single stream.
Price, size, what is left in stock, whether it ships to East Malaysia. You already know the answers, and you already type them out every time. Write them once against the words buyers actually use, in Malay, English or Chinese, and they go out the moment someone asks, without the host stopping to handle it. This is not the clever part of the system. It is the part that stops a ready buyer drifting off while nobody replies.

Going live
Friction decides how often a thing happens. Not intent.
Set it up once. Start it with one action.
Streams do not get skipped because nobody wants to run them. They get skipped because setting one up takes an afternoon. Scenes, overlays, product cards and destinations are configured once and then kept. After that, going live is a single action, which is the difference between streaming when you have planned for it and streaming whenever it is worth doing.

How it works
- 01
Super Host
A digital replica that presents to camera. We clone the look and the voice, then it performs your script with natural delivery, gestures and timing. In Malay, English or Chinese, on demand.
- 02
Super Operator
The part nobody sees. It tracks stock, updates pricing mid-stream, rotates the script when a segment stops converting, and fires the answer to a repeat question in the right language while the host keeps talking.

- 03
Super Control
One broadcast, every platform, at the same moment. TikTok, Shopee, Facebook and the rest, coordinated from a single desk instead of run in rotation across a week.

Training and certification
Run with Universiti Malaya Wales, which issues the certificate. Plenty of clients start by hiring us and end up running their own studio.
- Level 01
Certificate
The foundation. How live commerce actually works, how to build a stream that sells, and how to run the system end to end without help.
- Live commerce fundamentals
- Setting up and running a broadcast
- Writing scripts that convert
- Level 02
Advanced
Operating at scale. Multi-platform coordination, reading the numbers mid-stream, and building an AI host that holds an audience for hours rather than minutes.
- Multi-platform broadcast control
- Real-time sales optimisation
- Avatar and voice production
- Level 03
Professional
For people who will run this as a business. Team structure, client delivery, and the operational discipline behind streams that run every day without falling over.
- Studio and team operations
- Client delivery and reporting
- Certification to train others
None of this replaces knowing your own products. It replaces the hours you spend repeating what you already know about them.
The first stream is the hard one. After that it is a system, and systems compound.
Questions
What exactly is an AI host?
A digital replica that presents your products on camera. We build it from footage and audio of a real person, or from scratch, then it performs your script with natural delivery. Viewers see a host. You see a system that runs continuously.
How long before we are live?
It depends on whether we are cloning an existing person or building a host from scratch, and on how ready your product data is. Talk to us with your catalogue and your platforms and we will give you a real timeline rather than a brochure one.
Which platforms can you broadcast to?
TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and the other major live commerce destinations, simultaneously rather than in rotation. If you sell somewhere we do not yet support, ask.
Can it sell in Malay and Chinese?
Yes, and it can switch between them the way a real Malaysian host does. Language handling varies a lot between models, which is one of the reasons we run everything on our own hub and can put each language on the model that does it best.
Do I need AI Model Hub to use AI Live Streaming?
No. Live streaming is a service we deliver for you, and the Hub is a platform you can use on your own. They work well together because the live system runs on the Hub, but you can buy either one by itself.
Can I use my own provider API keys?
Yes. Bring your own keys and use the Hub purely as the routing and control layer, or take the Hub Key and get every provider on one bill at roughly five percent below list price. Most teams start with the Hub Key.
Your best hour of selling, repeated until it stops working. Then improved.
Tell us what you sell. We will tell you what to automate first.
